As with any training programs or sport, there is always the possibility of injuries to the athlete such (strained ligaments, pulled muscles, strained tendons, etc.) Therefore WeightsRoom can assume no responsibility in the event that injury does occur to the athlete during the use of anything of this website.
WeightsRoom does not sell training programs, but redirects traffic to their websites. Most programs suggest you consult a physician or doctor before beginning. DO NOT use training equipment or programs if you have any physical disabilities or illness. In the event of an injury you should immediatly stop, and futher consult with a doctor.
